The Wax Museum and Guitar Museum are housed within the Tamworth Visitor Information Centre at the Big Golden Guitar complex.
Established in 1983, the museum moved to its current location 1988 and was opened by the one-and-only Slim Dusty. It features the likenesses of some of Australia’s best recognised and most influential country music personalities in costume and ready for a selfie with you.
